Holiday Photos

We were able to take family pictures
with world renown
photographer...

Shannon!

Just kidding = )

She does a great job though
and has always been
a blessing to our
family.

Thanks Shannon!

There's nothing like capturing
special moments...

with the ones you love.

Aw...so sweet!

And as Porky Pig would say...

Or is it Elmer Fud?

Could be Bugs Bunny....
Th-th-That's All Folks!

Merry Christmas!

This special time of year the world pauses...
some of their own volition,
others not.
Stores, schools, and businesses
close, and though many
don't want to recognize the true reason
it's all in honor of a Savior;
God in flesh
Who dwelt with man...
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given...
and His name shall be called, Wonderful, Counsellor,
the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father,
the Prince of Peace." Is.9:6

Although many enjoy giving
and receiving gifts
we rejoice, as the wise men,
with the greatest gift ever given...

Jesus Christ our Lord!

Merry Christmas!

Well we had an enjoyable time
making a big mess on Christmas morning...
= )

and getting a few nice things...

The Lord blessed us with everything
we needed to finally finish
our room.
Ahhh....such comfort!

Then we were able to spend
time with friends
and loved ones...

in a friendly game of
Pick Two!
This time mom came in second
place
to...

Guess who?

Ariel!

A little Greek must sharpen
your brain!

This was baby's first Christmas.

Then we had a surprise visit from
Uncle Bubba!

He always brings a little comic relief
and then he vanishes
into thin air!

It's a good thing too, 'cause
there's only so much of
him you can take!

Now let's get back to the normal people.

And Josiah wishes you all
a very Merry Christmas...
And a happy New Year!

A Wedding!

We were able to pick up Air for Christmas break,
and spend time with our dear friends!
Here's Livvy!

and her brother Shawny!
We also enjoyed an authentic
Creole dish....

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo!
 With rice...

and you've got to add a little
Spice!

Their town display made you
want to shrink down
and step right in!

It was exciting to be there for the wedding of
our
Pastor's niece!

Each set of parents lit the candles
representing their children.
The groom awaits his bride...
All the nieces, nephews, and little
cousins lined the aisle with candles.

Here comes the bride!

The groom sings with the octet.

Lighting the unity candle...
 Two become one.

Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Williams!

It was a blessing to see Tiz and her
"cute as a button" nephew Levi.

Newlyweds and their nearly six month anniversary...

Kate and her family were there too!

We even got a pic with dear Peggy!

Got a close-up of the bride!

And they're off!

Congratulations!
