Hayride

We enjoyed a hayride as a church fellowship.

Lots of laughter, delicious apple cider,

 and a belly full

of sticky roasted marshmallows!

 Oh, and donuts too!

Leave no marshmallow behind!

Mmmm.....mmmmm.....

the smell of wood burning!

Deeelightful!
Now that's a fire!

Preparing the wagon with loads of hay

for itchy scratchy fun later.

It was a pretty chilly night,

but you wouldn't have known it

around the blazing heat.

Nothing like sitting around a warm fire

under the star-lit sky.

A few actually saw a shooting star!
